The full name, date of birth, and ID number must be verified by comparing these with the following:

• valid Green book ID / ID Card – for SA clients

• passport / asylum permits – for foreign clients

Obtained address must be compared with a proof of residency that is provided in the form of and should not be older than three months:

• Utility/Municipal bill

• A letter from the Ward Councillor

• A letter from the Chief

• Bank Statement

• Retail Accounts Statements

• Motor Vehicle License Letter
